 NEW CHICKEN RECIPE

Today am going to introduce a variety and special recipe…

Karuveppila Chicken Peruttu:- a south Indian spicy chicken fry with a load of curry leaves and grated coconuts. Too much introduction just kills the temptation… let’s get into the recipe…

Ingredients

Chicken

Ginger garlic paste

Turmeric

Salt to taste

Lemon juice

Coconut oil as much as required

Curry leaves

Garlic

Ginger

Egg

Cornflour

Green chili

Grated coconut

Shallots

Fennel

Kashmiri chili powder

Garam masala

Pepper powder




Mix chicken with ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt & lemon juice. mix it well and keep it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Then heat a pan and add some coconut oil, green chili, garlic, and some curry leaves.
shallow fry it and make a paste

Add the paste into the marinated chicken with one egg, cornflour, garam masala, and pepper powder.
Mix it well and again keep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes you can fry the chicken 

Next heat coconut oil add some more curry leaves, fry it & grand in a jar

Next take some grated coconut, shallots, garlic, fennel, and Kashmiri chili powder grand it together

Then take a pan add curry leaves oil & coconut mixture and mix it well.
add fried chicken into it add salt to taste & ginger mix it together

Now the Karuveppila Chicken Peruttu is ready to serve….
